1. You deserve love.

You deserve to feel like you belong.
You deserve for your desires to be fulfilled.

    You deserve to know God.

  3. You might think you’re stepping into my power, when really, you’re stepping into your ego. How can you tell the difference? When you’re stepping into my power, there’s no pretense, there’s no need to prove yourself, there’s no clinging, no grasping, no fear, no anxiety - only faith. When you’re stepping into your ego, you start with good intentions, but in the process, you wind up feeling like you’ve got something to prove. You want to beat out the competition, you’re afraid people won’t give you the credit you deserve, you feel victimized, and then, if you feel unseen, you might lash out. My form of power can build bridges. The ego’s power divides. How powerful are you feeling today?

  4. My Emo Man

You are the love of my life
I could never let you go
I will fight to keep to you
    Lord, heaven only knows

I miss you and I love you, so very much
Can’t wait to kiss you and hold you again
Can’t wait to feel the passion of your touch
I long to be with you again, my emo man

    Everything is better
    With you by my side
    You are always
    Understanding
    And patient
    With my time

    I couldn’t imagine
    Being with
    Anyone else
    You are a vital
    Part of
    My emo health

I cannot wait until the day
I can see your beautiful face
I’ll have so many things to say
All past mistakes will be erased

    But until then
I’ll hold iyou in my heart
    And try to forget
    That
    We were ever
    Apart

  5. You Do Matter

One topic that is near and dear to my heart is that of self-harm and mental/emotional/physical health.

Whether this be in the form of an eating disorder, depression, cutting, thoughts of suicide, alcoholism, drug use, etc., etc., I devote my life to bringing awareness to this subject as well as aiding those who are in this boat.

    I have been there.

It is something I deal with every day.

    I really do understand.

I’m not kidding, I really do understand.

Know that there is always someone that cares.

Even if you feel nobody does.

    You are worth it.

    You do matter.

You are perfect just the way you are and do not need to change anything!!!!

    Believe in yourself.

You can achieve whatever you set your mind to.

Live life fully and forget what other people are saying.

    Take a risk.

    Be healthy.

    Love yourself.

    Live.

    I love you all.

I am here for you, no matter what.

    Compassionately yours from MyEmoHeart

  6. Life is Just a Game

I watch the tragedy of conviction
    Living life for someone else
Is this real or is this fiction?
Could you imagine how this felt?

    Without shame
    I feel your pain
    There is nothing
    To benefit
    Nothing to gain

I feel so selfish by being myself
    Yet,
    Being a walking contradiction
Is not good for my health

  10. A Quick, Easy, Healthy Recipe with a Little Freedom

Hey everyone! So, as I have said, I’m currently on a yeast free diet.

So, I’ve been trying out some new recipes and re-introducing foods that I’ve eaten here and there that I probably should eat more of!!!

A wonderful recipe that my mother has made in the past, and which I am now making, is Curried Lentils.

    Here is the recipe:

    Ingredients
    1 cup lentils
    3 cups broth or water
2 large onions, finely chopped, divided
    Salt to taste
    1 Tbsp oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp curry powder

Combine all ingredients, simmer for 40 minutes.

There is always room to make a recipe your own!!! I didn’t have any onions, so I put chopped celery in instead and used onion powder.

Also, I didn’t add the salt, because, like sugar, salt is added to everything. So, I decided not to add it.

To add to this, I have been depleted of energy. A lot probably has to do with my allergies to pollen and the like.

But, I also believe that a major reason why I suffer from allergies is due to the fact that my chakras are misaligned.

I’ve done Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) a few times before. But never for chakra alignment. I came upon this little video on Youtube on tapping for chakra clearing. I highly recommend it!!!!!
